Design competition of a public building with apartments for elderly, a nursery with a recreational garden and parking lot. The edifice has got high energy and anti-seismic performance. It is built with a wooden structure and includes different finishes and colors on the facade; brightly colored laths for the kindergarten, natural wood for the mini-apartments, and corten metal panels for the basement garage.
